What is the standard shipping timeframe for new bikes?
Most bikes are built to order and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-7 days depending on your location.
Do bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled in a secure box. You will need to install the front wheel, pedals, and handlebars. We include a basic tool kit and instructions with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags and unused accessories. Please note that for hygiene reasons, padded cycling shorts cannot be returned once worn.
Do you offer a warranty on frames and components?
Yes, all our bikes come with a lifetime warranty on the frame for the original owner and a 2-year warranty on Shimano or SRAM components against manufacturing defects.
Can I book a professional tune-up through your site?
Absolutely. You can use our Workshop Booking tool to schedule a service at any of our physical locations. We offer everything from basic safety checks to full drivetrain overhauls.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and interest-free financing options like Afterpay and ZipMoney to help you get on the road sooner.
